Ben Heisler of Ben Heisler Homes was an incredible real estate agent for is with the purchase and sale of our current homes. We have used Ben before and it’s because he puts everything into making the customer feel like that house is the only house he is selling. There were 4 homes in our direct neighborhood and about 15 others within a mile and we were the first sale of the 4 and one of the few that kept it’s price north of $300K. Of the four in our neighborhood, We were also the only house with flyers out front of our house, and not just the MRIS list paper either. Not only that he had 4 page brochures for the people who viewed the home during showings.
He answered our questions at any time of the day either by email or phone and even went above and beyond to be at every part of the process. The best part is there is no pressure to sell. At one point we contemplated not selling due to prices being lower than expected and there was no “realtor speak” to tell us this was the time. His comment to us was that if it was not right for us we didn’t have to do it and we could wait to a later time when it better fit what we wanted. You don’t get that from everyone and we recommend Ben wholeheartedly!!
