We have used Ben before and it's because he puts everything into making the customer feel like that house is the only house he is selling. There were 4 homes in our direct neighborhood and about 15 others within a mile and we … were the first sale of the 4 and one of the few that kept it's price north of $300K. Of the four in our neighborhood, We were also the only house with flyers out front of our house, and not just the MRIS list paper either.
