“Dear Mr. Sonnhalter (Broker at Keller Williams Realty), I am writing to you to express our sincere appreciation for the services we received from one of your agents, Ben Heisler. After having our house for sale with another agency for six months, without success. Our goal was to relocate from Virginia to Maryland to be closer to our son's sch … ool. The sale of the VA home was taking much longer than anticipated for reason's we may never know. The property had an in ground pool and as you know, people either love them or hate them.
