I could not have asked for a better agent than Ben. As a first-time home buyer, I came into this process with a lot of questions and no idea where to start. Ben guided me through each step – he explained the what, the why, and the how, and answered any questions – no matter how big, small, or silly – I had along the way. He was responsive from start to finish, and I knew that I could send an email or text, or give a call and I’d hear back as soon as he was able; I was never left hanging. At the same time, I appreciated that my time and situation were valued – when we were together, the focus was on me; I felt confident that his attention was on what we were doing or talking about, and details wouldn’t get lost because of a ringing phone. I felt supported through this entire process, and never pressured to do one thing or another. It was apparent that Ben always had my best interests at heart. Ben was always knowledgeable and honest – two qualities I value in any person that I work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben and the Ben Heisler Homes team to anyone. I am beyond thrilled with my new home, and I know that the process would not have felt as easy or “painless” without Ben.
