My wife and I originally elected to utilize a flat fee service that allowed us to list our home via MLS. Due to market conditions, and the fact that we were fast approaching on closing on a new home, I decided to utilize the services of a real estate professional. To be honest, I was skeptical to begin with about the value of a real estate agent, and my experience with the first couple of “recommended ” agents had me feeling less than confident that these were the professionals I wanted to employ. Therefore, I went on Zillow and read the reviews of agents that specialized in the Ashburn, Va areas, and read very positive reviews of Ben. I made a inquiry online, and Ben called me very soon thereafter to discuss our needs. Ben was eager , and we agreed on a time to meet at my home to discuss my situation. We met that week, and Ben came prepared with market research regarding my local market, and an overall presentation about his business, processes,etc. I stressed to Ben that I wanted to work with an agent that was diligent, and responsive. Based on our meeting, I chose to utilize Ben as my agent. Ben was very professional , and responsive throughout the process. He consistently updated us with inquires about our property, and also provided very useful advice when I had questions. I will most definitely utilize his services again should I need to find another property, or list.
