I am writing to you to express our sincere appreciation for the services we received from one of your agents, Ben Heisler.

After having our house for sale with another agency for six months, without success. Our goal was to relocate from Virginia to Maryland to be closer to our son’s school. The sale of the VA home was taking much longer than anticipated for reason’s we may never know. The property had an in ground pool and as you know, people either love them or hate them. We had two Open Houses with the other agency and more than 60-70 showings within the first six months of that contract. Frustrated, my partner and I decided to take the house off the market. We were worn down by the process and felt hopeless in selling our home.

We have known of Ben Heisler through his presence in Belmont Country Club (successful house sale signs, advertisements, local mailings, etc.). He introduced himself to us in the past but for personal reasons, we initially chose to list our house with the other real estate agency. Nothing against Keller Williams or Mr. Heisler, purely personal. He was patient, professional and not at all “pushy”. The one thing that impressed us the most was Ben’s knowledge and experience with Belmont Country Club (BCC) properties. He already had success with selling a BCC house that had a swimming pool. He was very knowledgeable of the community HOA and Country Club rules and regulations. Ben had excellent report with the HOA and Country Club leaders/personnel and staff. He was able to get answers to questions regarding both of those entities with ease.

After more than 100 showings of our house and a total of one year on the market, Ben Heisler got the job done! March 2012, we had a contract on our house. Ben’s salesmanship, BCC experience and professionalism closed the deal. He was thorough, organized and patient. He remained focus and kept us informed every step of the way. He made himself available 24/7. There was never a time when we could not talk to him, even when we were out of town. We are very appreciative of Mr. Heisler’s service and could not have sold our house without him!

We are extremely pleased with service Ben Heisler provided to us. We would not hesitate to recommend him as a real estate agent in the future. Our occupations see a lot of employees moving in and out of the Ashburn-Leesburg area. We have already recommended Ben as an agent.
